**Cancellation Policy**

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need of care.

– **Late Cancellations**: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $20.
– **Missed Appointments**: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing notice, a $30 fee may apply.
– **New Patients**: As a courtesy, new patients will not be charged a fee for their first missed appointment. However, the cancellation policy will apply to subsequent visits.

**Emergencies and Exceptions**
We understand that life happens. Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will always be handled with understanding and flexibility. If you believe your situation qualifies, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our office.

**Rescheduling Policy**
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may still incur a late cancellation fee unless you rebook within the next 48 hours.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments make it difficult for us to provide care to other patients who may be waiting for a time slot. By adhering to this policy, you help us maintain the efficiency and quality of our practice.
